JJ : 7- mth old baby now !!!

Jan 22nd 2007 : Jamie Ian Jones just turned 7 mth old !! Managed to get some lovely pics of this baby....And this is also the first time he caught a cough, sore throat, and he's finally lost his voice today ( 24012007 ). Both Jamie and Ian are officially sick now...Both suffering from the same thing, except that Ian still has his voice, only sounds funny...Like a duck with a flattened beak ! QUACK ! QUACK !! It's peaceful and quiet here....Not that I like Jamie without his voice, but it seems and feels different here, without him shouting at me whenever I leave the room to do something :) Hehehee !

He has also started eating food that we eat...and here are some photos of Jamie enjoying his slice of buttered toast....He's nibbling on it, and this is a pic taken before the toast turned slimey ! Note his chunky, muscular little body....Must be from all the good food that he's been eating. Unfortunately, he is still not interested in plain Farley's or SMA Progress milk, so he's only downing it with some Ovaltine's Max For Milk Strawberry Milkshake Flavoured Powder. Even with that, he'll only drink it when he's really drowsy.

Lovely, shiny, soft, fine hair he's got !! Love to stroke it....Still not too happy whenever I put a hat on him....Just doesn't like it at all....But he has got no choice coz he looks so cute with the hat on his little head ! Another photo to add to my list of fave photos of Ian and Jamie together....Owwww......How adorable.....He's safe and sound in Daddy's strong, muscular arms.

Yes,yes....He can be adorable...But take notice of the red, flushed cheeks...That's HOT to touch ! That's a sign when the little baby tantrum is coming, and also difficult to calm him down again....Anyways, this condition is called ''RED FLUSH FEVER'' :P We invented that name !

It's Coffee Time !

Nothing beats a hot cuppa coffee on a cold, winter's day & a BIG BIG WARM CUDDLE FROM DADDY ! Back to Starbucks again ! Now that we've got the Starbucks card, so easy to load up and pay for our drinks !

Also, included in this blog is a photo of Ian's blistered arm....Caused by steam from the steriliser. Lesson : Never let boys do anything in the kitchen !!

Favourite Game : PEEK-A-BOO!!!

Here are some photos of JJ, playing the peek-a-boo game ! Smiles all round !! What a wonderful moment ! Here, you are just able to see him when he isn't showing signs of separation anxiety...But he does sometimes ! He just doesn't understand that when we leave the room, we haven't gone forever, and will always be back for him....He just doesn't know it yet....So, it's difficult to get things done when Ian's at work, when he's like that. He's running our lives ! Now, if you think daddy's the boss, wait till you meet this cheeky little guy....And find out for yourselves, WHO RULES THE ROOST !

* Sit up in a buggy ( even tho' he hates it at first )

* Sit upright by himself ( Still a bit wobbly, like a plate of jelly )

* Crawl backwards ( He loves being in the reverse gear )

* Throw little tantrums ( He's still a good boy like his daddy tho' )

* bounce like a pro on the doorway bouncer

New Year ! 2007 is here !

Finally I've got the time to put something in this blog...Baby ! Baby ! Baby ! It's all about baby these days ! Jamie's lucky he's got all our attention...No more time for ourselves now !

First of all....Here's a new year's wish to everyone, tho' it's a bit late now. Here are some pictures taken from November onwards. First of all, we've got photos from the Lord Mayor's Show in London, just walking distance from where we live. Next, we have the photos from our trip to Greenwich....Freezing cold on the open deck of the river taxi !! JJ received a bump on his head as well....Just as Ian entered the doorway !

Next we have pictures that were taken at home, at random...But those turned out great ! It was taken when JJ was in the early stages of turning himself over to one side and then the other...Also, there's a favourite photo mine, Ian and Jamie, both on the bed...Ian's in his jammies, and JJ in his sleeping suit. Don't they just look adorable, like daddy, like baby ??!
